Refund Policy

We want you to love your saree as much as we loved creating it. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sarees that have been custom-stitched or altered.
  • Sarees purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Sarees without original packaging or tags

Sharing of Information

  • With courier/delivery partners to fulfill your orders.
  • With payment gateways to process secure payments.
  • We never sell, trade, or misuse your personal information.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the saree and notify you of approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a cash refund.

Cancellation Policy
