We want you to love your saree as much as we loved creating it. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sarees that have been custom-stitched or altered.
- Sarees purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Sarees without original packaging or tags
Sharing of Information
- With courier/delivery partners to fulfill your orders.
- With payment gateways to process secure payments.
- We never sell, trade, or misuse your personal information.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the saree and notify you of approval.
- If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
Cancellation Policy
