We at Indian Weaves ensure that your sarees are packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep.
Shipping
- We currently deliver across India. (International shipping may be added soon.)
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. Standard shipping charges apply for lower amounts.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to check your delivery status.
Returns
- If you wish to return a saree, raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
- In case of defective/wrong items, return shipping will be free. Otherwise, shipping charges for returns may apply.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your saree for a different design, size, or color, we will be happy to help, subject to stock availability.
